RSP-Production rules.

3. No CyberSex In Lobby.
4. No Using Admin as your ID.
5. No sharing any melicous software or data of any kind.
6. No Dos / Nukes / Botnet  
 
 
RSP-Production allows user to register there own nick & channel.    
User are allowed to customize there channel experience 
add staff member to there channel.  RSP-Production Support 2 type of 
"ACCESS"  1) ACCESS-Levels   2) XOP SYSTEM 
this will allow you to give access to your staff.    If XOP is enabled  
you will use " SOP, AOP, HOP,VOP"   if ACCESS-Levels is enabled
you will use the "ChanServ Access # add nick level   0-9.  
While having your own room.  You can set mode,  Restrict access from user
set bans type and much more.   
RSP-Production Staff:
Our Staff is here to assist you with problem you may be having on our IRC-Network.    
IRCop NetAdmin,  can help assist you if there is 
any malicious activity is going on.   IRCop can give them self Operator I
RCop is not entitle to abuse there privelage.   Our Support Channel

Network Commands:
Nick Register: /msg Nickserv Register Password Email   
 ( Replace Password  with your own Password )  ( Replace Email with Your Email Example:  [email protected] )
Chat Channel Register: /msg Chanserv Register #Chan Password Description.     
( Note:  To Register A Channel You Must have Operator Status +o next your name.   
Registered channel will have mode +r  and cannot be registered twice.
ACCESS / XOP System Commands:  
This allows you to add your own very staff if  XOP is off  you will use the Access Commands.  
 If XOP is on  You will use the SOP, AOP, HOP, VOP Commands.   
 SOP = Super Operator ( Admin +a )  AOP =  A Operator  ( Moderator +o ) 
HOP = Half Operator ( Operator +o )  VOP = Voice Operator ( +v Allow user to speak in moderated room +m )  
to add a user to SOP:  /msg Chanserv SOP #Chan add Nick   to add AOP  users  
use the same command and changed SOP  to AOP.     If XOP is off you will use "Access Commands"  
to add users to your access list:  
/msg Chanserv access #Chan add nick level    Ex:   /msg Chanserv access #Chan add Nick 5   
  
What Does Level Means in #
Level 3:  Voice
Level 4: Half-Operator
Level 5: Moderator ( A Operator )
Level 10:  Administrator ( Super Operator )
Level 9999:  Co-Owner
RSP-Production Guideline.
Dear user,  we understand that everyone uses the chat room and as some may not be 100% honest  
We ask that you reframe from giving any personal information to user you may not know.
Never give them your Phone #  and Direct Location.   Be careful of who you speak to even
if you may think its your friend.  Our Staff can view any user ISP that connect to the server.    
User can see  other user Hostmask. Always be careful when opening link that you are unfamiliar 
with.   Our Chat room allow user to Private chat between you and that user.
as we may not monitor all activity that goes on our network.   
We do monitor the main basis as we monitored for attacks from bot bad users to help
keep the chat a better variety.   for more guideline please read our MOTD /motd    for more info.

NetWork STATUS:  
IF services is running.  You will be able to use our NickServ, Chanserv, BotServ, HostServ Commands.    
If Services is offline  you will not be able to use any of our network commands.
if services is down.  Please be patient as we are working on getting our services back up.
